Anatomy & Physiology
This workshop will cover the Musculoskeletal System. You will learn how to classify bones and muscles, how muscles move bones (with special reference to specific asanas), the different types and biology of muscle contraction and also the muscular movements involved in pranayama.

Spend an afternoon learning ways to connect with fellow humans, develop strength and build trust. You and a friend can share this fun experience and you can also join solo. Although it would be an advantage, no prior yoga experience is required - all you need is childish curiosity and a playful attitude!

Description:
A collaborative series of tango workshops, where yoga asana is used to increase body awareness, warm up and wind down. Aaron Davies and Saara Tatjiana are leading the dance teachings. You 'll need at least 6 months of tango dancing experience but no yoga experience is necessary. You can see information on previous and upcoming workshops of this series below.
